Found on Youtube long ago and subsequently scrubbed from the internet, this is a segment of a wide show that follows-up on Yukiko Okada a year after her death. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the wideshow in question, nor what channel it might have aired on.

This is definitely a very unique piece of reporting, and well worth watching. The tone is very respectful, and provides a good time capsule into that time a year after her passing, not to mention interviews with people who knew her.
